We’re a specialist club that provides a safe, fun and inclusive environment for children with additional needs. Our sessions are designed to help children build confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy meaningful play experiences in a supportive setting.
We offer a variety of stimulating, sensory, and creative activities that encourage free play, teamwork, and personal growth. Each term, we also organise exciting field trips to broaden experiences, build confidence in new environments, and help children connect with the wider community.
-
Both our Saturday Club and Holiday Camps offer safe, engaging spaces for children with additional needs to play, learn, and connect with others.
Saturday Club: Focuses on life skills and routine-building, helping children develop transferable skills they can use in everyday life. We also use positive reinforcement and reward systems to encourage confidence and independence.
Holiday Camps: Offer longer, activity-packed days filled with themed play, creative sessions, and sensory exploration to make the school holidays fun and enriching.
At both, we use positive language, encourage friendships based on shared interests, and celebrate every child’s uniqueness.

Before joining, each child attends an assessment session. This allows us to understand their individual needs, interests, and any support they may require to thrive in our setting.
You’ll start by completing an assessment booking form so we can prepare for your child’s session. Assessments are typically held on Saturdays from 10–11am. Afterward, we’ll share feedback and let you know whether we can currently offer a space or recommend joining our waiting list.
Our aim is always to ensure your child receives the best possible care and support.
-
The assessment session lasts one hour and is usually a drop-off session. Your child will be gently introduced to the environment and encouraged to explore freely, supported by one of our trained team members.
We’ll observe how your child interacts, communicates, engages with activities, and manages transitions. This helps us understand their interests, needs, and any potential triggers. Once the session is complete, we’ll follow up with feedback and next steps.

We believe every child deserves a space to belong. While inclusivity is one of our core values, we must also ensure we can safely meet each child’s needs.
If we feel we don’t currently have the capacity or resources to provide the right level of support, we may recommend joining our waiting list or suggest alternative options. Our priority is always the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of all children in our care.
-
We currently welcome children aged 4 to 12 years old with a range of additional needs. However we are currently working on a transitional group for our children 12+
-
We don’t have a fixed staff ratio because every child’s needs are unique. Some children benefit from 1:1 support, while others thrive in small groups of 2:1, 3:1 or 5:1.
Ratios are determined after each child’s assessment and may vary depending on the activity or environment (for example, outdoor activities may require closer supervision).

Not at the moment, but this is something we’re actively working towards and hope to offer in the near future.

Our approach is built on understanding, empathy and positive behaviour support. We recognise that challenging behaviour often signals that a child is feeling overwhelmed or dysregulated.
Our team uses positive reinforcement, de-escalation strategies, and regulation tools such as sensory kits, quiet spaces, and calming activities.
Each child has an individual profile that includes their triggers, preferences, and strategies that work best for them. This ensures every team member knows how to support them effectively.
For non-verbal children, we use tools like PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) to aid communication and ease transitions.
-
We organise termly field trips for children who attend our Saturday Club. These outings help children build confidence, strengthen friendships, and experience the world in a safe and supported way.
Each trip is fully risk-assessed and planned to ensure it’s suitable for all attending children. Past trips have included parks, flip-out, cycling hub and local attractions. All designed to create joyful, memorable experiences.
