A little about me..
Primary School Teacher with experience supporting children with additional needs in both mainstream and SEND educational settings. Dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
What do you love most about working with children with additional needs?
As a primary school teacher, I have a strong passion for working with all children, but especially those with additional needs. My cousin, who has a learning disability, has grown up alongside me, and I’ve seen first-hand the daily challenges she’s faced. That experience gave me a deeper understanding and empathy, and it’s shaped my commitment to making every child feel valued, supported, and capable. It’s such a heart-warming and rewarding part of my role — seeing a child achieve something they once found difficult is one of the best feelings in the world.
A fun fact about me is…
I’ve played rugby for half of my life, and I also love to bake — I even run a small baking business in my spare time!
If I were a superhero at the club, my superpower would be…
Mind-reading magic! I’d know exactly what each child is thinking or feeling, whether they need a hug, a laugh, or a little extra help, all before they even say a word
