We are Fols Kids Club LTD, operating under brand name Fols Kids SEN Club. We're a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14055403. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using our services. 
1. Acceptance of Terms:
  • By booking assessment sessions or joining Fols Kids SEN Club, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Assessment Sessions and Club Membership:
  • Families have the opportunity to book assessment sessions and join our club, where we offer group and individual activities tailored to support each child's developmental journey, incorporating individual learning targets and life skills.
3. Use of Personal Information:
  • Fols Kids SEN Club collects personal information to facilitate the assessment process and personalize club activities. We use this information to contact families regarding the services we provide. We do not sell or disclose personal details to any third party.
4. Membership Fees:
  • Membership fees for assessment sessions and club activities are outlined in our pricing structure. Fees are subject to change, and any revisions will be communicated in advance.
5. Payment Terms:
  • Payment for assessment sessions and club membership is due as outlined in our payment policies. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  • Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in accordance with our policies, which are available upon request. No refunds are provided for missed club activities or assessment sessions.
  •  SEN Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while also protecting the time, preparation, and resources that go into delivering a quality experience for your child. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

    1. Full Refund (Minus Processing Fees):

    Cancellations made more than 21 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund, minus a small processing fee (£10) to cover admin costs.

    2. Partial Refund:

    Cancellations made 14–21 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.

    3. No Refunds for Late Cancellations:

    Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are non-refundable, as staffing, materials, and resources will have already been committed.

    4. Illness/Emergencies:

    In cases of serious illness or emergency (with documentation), we may offer a credit towards a future session or partial refund at our discretion.

    5. Missed Days:

    Refunds are not provided for missed days due to illness, lateness, or other personal reasons. We recommend attending the full camp to get the best experience.

    6. Camp Cancellation by Us:

    If we must cancel the camp for any reason (e.g. not reaching minimum numbers), you will receive a full refund.

7. Code of Conduct:
  • Members are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of club membership.
8. Data Security:
  • Fols Kids SEN Club prioritizes the security of personal information. Measures are in place to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data.
9. Communication Preferences:
  • Families have the option to manage their communication preferences. Opt-out requests or updates to contact information can be submitted to our administration team.
10. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Amendments to Terms:
  • Fols Kids SEN Club reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
